No Veterinary Advice
The information on the Website is for general information only. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian. HappyDogs is a food supplement for dogs and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please speak to your vet before giving any supplement to your dog, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or has a medical condition.
Every Dog is different. We do not guarantee any particular result, and results can vary depending on your dog's age, health, breed, diet and other individual factors.
Product Information, Errors and Prices
We work hard to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. Occasionally, product descriptions, prices, offers, delivery times or availability may contain errors. We may correct such errors and update information at any time. If a product was clearly listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We may change our products, prices and the Website at any time; price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payment
When you pay for an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that your payment details are correct. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider may charge.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not yet mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is accepted, and a contract between you and us is formed, when we send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. We may refuse an order for any lawful reason; if we do, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, your order will be delivered and charged automatically at the interval and price shown when you subscribed, using the payment method you provided, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or by emailing us at support@happy-dogs.co. If a renewal has already been charged but has not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
Shipping and Delivery
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost because an incorrect address was provided. If you need to change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email us at support@happy-dogs.co as soon as possible; we will do our best but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays. The products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us at support@happy-dogs.co within 60 days of receiving your first order and we will give you a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back. The guarantee applies to products bought directly from https://happy-dogs.co and can be used once per customer and household.
Returns and Refunds
For damaged or wrong items, cancellations and your statutory rights, please see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Once a refund is approved, we process it within 5 business days; your bank or payment provider may need some additional time to show it on your account.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases you make on the Website are made directly with HappyDogs, and Shopify is not a party to any sale between you and us. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for any claims relating to your purchases from us.
Reviews and Submissions
Anything you send or post to us, such as reviews, photos, testimonials, questions or ideas ("Submissions"), is non-confidential. You allow us to use, copy, publish and display your Submissions in connection with HappyDogs. You confirm that your Submissions are honest, accurate and your own, and do not infringe anyone else's rights. Reviews reflect the individual experience of the customer who wrote them; your own experience may differ.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom or under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order. Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
